Management and Leadership
Our Pathways Programme is a modular, integrated and developmental series of workshops to support member firms in the modern, hybrid world. The programme aims to address the specific management, leadership and business development skills which team members need as they progress along their respective career pathways.

Mercia Group Training Programme
Mercia’s extensive programme of technical and professional skills training is offered in a variety of formats, supporting members of all accounting and tax associations and institutions in meeting their CPD requirements.
Mercia client insights identified a skills gap for accounting and tax professionals who have recently qualified and are progressing to managed level. For 2024, Mercia created a new pathway, which includes both the technical and professional skills required to be successful. Other exciting developments in Mercia’s CPD programme include the expansion of the Back-to-Basics courses, which now include audit; a regulatory concerns series; and other bite sized offerings throughout the entire programme.
