Paul has over 20 years experience working with both businesses and private individuals on the disposal and acquisition of all types of commercial property whether for investment purposes or for owner occupation. He handles transactions across a number of sectors but with particular expertise in office, industrial, logistics and healthcare.
He also acts for a number of commercial property landlords, helping with portfolio management including granting leases and dealing with renewals, tenant’s alterations, assignments and sub-lettings.
Commercial occupiers instruct Paul when taking on new, or existing leases, of a wide variety of commercial properties – including acting for occupiers taking retail, hospitality, office, leisure, industrial and warehouse space.
He also acts on complex and high value development land deals for both developers and landowners.
Paul also continues to strengthen his links with financial institutions and advise both business and banks on acquisitions and re-financings involving secured lending.
