Minna joined the UK200Group team in 2022, originally as the Office Administrator.

She is responsible for the smooth running of the UK200Group’s office and practice support for the members. She supports several Committees and Forums, organises the Annual Conference and regional membership events, delivers the administration of meetings and events such as Leaders’ Forum, Board and Membership Services Committee, Smaller Firms Forum, People and Development Forum, ESG, International Committee and Panel, and the Management and Leadership Pathways Programme.

In her spare time, Minna is a keen photographer, card maker, Netflix binger and cookbook collector. She also enjoys growing her own vegetables (well at least some of them).
