Mark Lello is a Partner at Preston Redman Solicitors. He has always specialised in company and commercial work, including the protection of intellectual property. He is the Head of the Corporate Finance, Commercial and Intellectual Property Department.
Mark is an Associate Trade Mark Attorney, qualified Corporate Finance professional and a Notary Public. He advises clients on the full range of corporate and commercial matters including the protection of brands and inventions.
Mark is wholly committed to serving the clients of the firm and helping them to reach their objectives. He has a wealth of experience in company transactional work, drafting and negotiating business contracts, and carrying out trade mark and patent registrations.
Mark Lello holds the Corporate Finance Qualification from the ICAEW and has practised corporate finance law since 1986. He has acted for companies and other businesses in many sectors and of all sizes up to listed companies. He has acted on numerous sales and purchases of shares and assets and advised clients on the legal aspects of raising capital, lending, loan capital and corporate restructurings. He is also an experienced adviser on intellectual property matters. He is an Equity Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Department of Preston Redman Solicitors.
