Helen is as passionate about the employees of WR Partners as she is about the future of the business itself and she has over 30 years’ experience in Human Resources. Helen joined WR Partners over 16 years ago and has guided the firm through many improvements during her time, resulting in her appointment to Managing Partner in 2019. She has defined a clear roadmap to success for the future of the firm, with a strong focus on the opportunities available, the digitalisation of the practice and the external factors affecting its clients. Helen has since led the firm through a full rebrand and acquisition. She is a member of the UK200Group Membership Services Committee.
