The Forensic Accounting and Dispute Resolution (FADR) Panel provides expert determination and independent advice for lawyers, insurance companies, and corporate and personal clients on issues which may end up in court.

Panel members, and specialists across the UK200Group, work as independent advisers or as part of a multi-disciplinary team. They have a wealth of experience as investigators, mediators, arbitrators or expert witnesses. They can act in a wide range of civil disputes, criminal cases, contentious valuations, matrimonial and partnership disputes, and the investigation and mitigation of fraud.

UK200Group members who contribute to the FADR panel will be accredited by a number of relevant bodies, including the ICAEW, Academy of Experts, Expert Witness Institute, Cardiff University Accredited Expert Witness, ADR Group, CEDR Group, and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. The panel also includes affiliate members of Resolution amongst its number.
