The latest addition to the UK200Group membership is Reynolds Colman Bradley LLP;

A niche Insurance Law practice and Claims TPA, which specialises in defendant Professional Indemnity matters, Construction matters, D&O/EPL, Financial Institution placements, Management & Trustee Liability matters, and Coverage Advice.

The UK200Group is the UK’s leading membership association of independent chartered accountancy and law firms, whose members act for over 150,000 SMEs and private clients.

Declan Swan, CEO of the UK200Group said;

“I am delighted that Reynolds Colman Bradley (RCB) have joined the UK200Group. RCB are a specialist law and professional indemnity practice with offices in Bristol and London.  They bring a wealth of expertise having spent the last 14 years assisting a range of firms across the professions with risk management issues which is of course a strategic priority for the UK200Group in these times of change. RCB are keen to participate in the Group and they will be speaking at the forthcoming Property and Construction Group training event on the 11 October 2017.”

Ian Welland, Partner, Reynolds Colman Bradley LLP, said;

Founded in 2003, Reynolds Colman Bradley LLP (‘RCB’) is a three-partner, 22-person strong, niche Insurance Law practice and Claims TPA (Third Party Administrator). We have two offices, one in the heart of the Londoninsurance district and the other in the centre of Bristol.

Our practice specialises in Defendant Professional Indemnity matters, Construction matters, Directors & Officers/Employment Practice Liability claims, Medical Malpractice matters, and Coverage Advice (to Insurers). We help to defend claims & complaints against a wide range of professionals (solicitors, accountants, architects, engineers, surveyors, valuers, insurance brokers, IFAs, medical consultants, etc.) whilst acting for those policyholders and their professional indemnity/malpractice insurers.  In addition to acting in the defence of construction professionals, we also provide a Collateral Warranty Advice Service and a Contractual Documentation Checking Service, all for construction professionals.  We provide clients with risk management advice & we can undertake a general risk management audit for them; and we can also provide clients with feedback in relation to individual notifications/claims/complaints, with a view to avoiding similar situations in the future.  We also act as a TPA on behalf of a number of Insurers, which means that, when appointed, we become the Claims Department of those Insurers, pursuant to a Delegated Authority. RCB has developed, and exclusively owns, a Microsoft-compatible Claims Handling platform, known as ‘RCB ClaimsScreen’; and, via our TPA relationships, that system is successfully being used to manage the claims and policy information of a number of well-established Insurers. The software is accessible through a ‘real time’ web portal so that Insurers and Brokers (and Insured clients as well) can all, as appropriate, each have access to up-to-date claims information at any time.

We very much look forward to being part of the UK200Group and to sharing in the expertise & ideas of the very wide range of excellent member firms.”
