Pathways Programme

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP A one-day workshop which builds on Module 2 and develops participants' leadership skills, helping to unlock the potential of those who may become future partners or directors of their firm.


This meeting will provide an opportunity for partners and directors involved in the management of larger firms in the Group to benchmark their firms against fellow members' businesses in the Group.

The format is informal and provides an ideal opportunity for accountant and lawyer member firms to exchange common experiences and the programme is designed with this in mind.
