UK200 Charities Group report on the Charities & Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006

The largest change facing charities in Scotland for 400 years has occurred with the introduction of The Charities & Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 which established a new Regulator for the Scottish charity sector – The Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator OSCR.
